At Shepherd we design and make all of our products with the greatest of care and attention to detail. Hand
making everything to order, ensuring that each item is as well crafted as the next; we hope that you enjoy wearing
them and that they give you long service.

DELIVERY:

We will endeavour to get your purchase to you as quickly as possible, generally 2-3 working days. However, due to
the fact that each item is made to order, there may be a lead time of up to 14 days from us receiving your order
- please be patient.

Import duties and taxes will be the responsibility of the customer should goods be ordered from our website for delivery outside the UK. These costs cannot be predicted and are outside our control. 

SHIPPING:

UK : Royal Mail - Special Delivery (Tracked and signed for) - £8.00. Next day delivery from time of despatch.

International: Royal Mail - International Tracked and Signed For - £15.00. Europe; 3 - 5 working days from despatch. Rest of World; 5 - 7 working days from despatch.

A confirmation e.mail will be sent at time of despatch.
