OUR TERMS:

At Shepherd we design and make all of our products with the greatest of care and attention to detail - handmaking everything to order. Ensuring that each item is as well crafted as the next; we hope that you enjoy wearing
them and that they give you long service.

DELIVERY:

We will endeavour to get your purchase to you as quickly as possible, generally 2-3 working days. However, due to
the fact that each item is made to order, there may be a lead time of up to 14 days from us receiving your order
- please be patient.

To find out current lead times or how your order is coming along you can get in touch by mailing us at mail(at)shepherdengland.com with your question and quoting your order details. We will endeavour to reply within 24hrs.

Import duties and taxes will be the responsibility of the customer should goods be ordered from our website for delivery outside the UK. These costs cannot be predicted and are outside of our control. We generally use DPD for all of our orders outside of the UK. For orders to the USA they will invoice Duty fees directly to you the customer - please make sure that your email and mobile phone number are added at the S H E P H E R D checkout to ensure smooth passage.

SALES TAXES:

If your order is being dispatched outside the United Kingdom local taxes or duties may apply depending on the destination country. These are not included in our prices and must be paid by you.

Customs, Duties, and Import Taxes;
When ordering products for delivery outside the United Kingdom, you may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs clearance charges levied by the destination country. These charges are your responsibility and must be paid by you.

Customs policies vary widely; therefore, we recommend that you contact your local customs office for further information before placing your order.

Please note that we have no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount. You are not entitled to cancel your order or refuse delivery on the basis of unforeseen customs duties or import charges.

SHIPPING:

UK : Royal Mail - Special Delivery (Tracked and signed for) - £10.00. Next day delivery from time of despatch.

International: DPD - £40.00 3 - 7 working days from despatch.

A confirmation e.mail will be sent at time of despatch.

RETURNS:

If you are not entirely happy with your order we are willing to accept returns for a full refund - please return items within 14 days of receipt. Send an email to mail(at)shepherdengland.com to inform us of your decision. The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer - we advise sending your item tracked and signed for - SHEPHERD will not take responsibility for items lost in transit.

All items must be returned in unused condition with all tags and labels still attached - SHEPHERD reserve the right to refuse refunds if items have been worn or are damaged.

All the information that we give about each product is as accurate as possible:

1. Due to the organic nature of pure lambswool, the sizes may vary slightly from those published in the website, thus sizes and measurements are approximate only.

2. Every reasonable care has been taken to ensure that the reproduction of colours on this website is as accurate as the photographic process allows. They can also vary depending on a range of other factors; including your computer screen or display
settings.
